Rocla concrete tie
Client: Rocla Concrete Tie, Inc.

Rocla is a 130,000 S.F. manufacturing plant that produces concrete ties for freight rails, light rails, high-speed lines and industrial divisions across the country. This project required specialized construction to accommodate the specific equipment needs as well as complex storage and staging areas. At full capacity the Pueblo plant estimates they will produce 750,000 to 1 million ties per year.
Legacy Bank - University park

This 8,400 square foot 2-story banking facility features a specialized vault and security system, granite teller counters, drive thru windows, elevator, 2nd floor office spaces, a uniquely formed roofing system, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for employee use.
PEWAG TRACTion Chain Facility
Client: Pueblo Development Foundation for Pewag Traction, Inc.
Architect: Weidner & Associates
This 30,000 sq ft. facility is constructed with pre-fabricated concrete tilt-up panels and conventional steel framing and houses a state-of-the-art metalizing production line complete with underground processing tanks and water reclamation system. This is the only Pewag Traction Chain Facility in North America.

The challenge was to renovate the historic Bent County Court House, built in 1888, to its original form, and reinforce the structural and architectural integrity of the 120 year old building that houses the county court and commissioners’ offices. This project was awarded the Colorado State Governor's Award for Historic Preservation.
