Rocla is a 130,000 S.F. manufacturing plant that produces concrete ties for freight rails, light rails, high-speed lines and industrial divisions across the country. This project required specialized construction to accommodate the specific equipment needs as well as complex storage and staging areas. At full capacity the Pueblo plant estimates they will produce 750,000 to 1 million ties per year.
